PropertyIQ helps users evaluate real estate investment opportunities. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have while using the public beta.
Information We Collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address, home state, signup preferences, and password credentials managed through ASP.NET Identity. We also collect product usage events, saved analyses, investment assumptions, property search activity, and shared-analysis workflow data you create while using the platform.
How We Use Information
We use this information to operate PropertyIQ, personalize default search and underwriting flows, save your investment scenarios, support collaboration features, improve product reliability, and understand beta adoption. PropertyIQ provides investment analysis tools and does not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
Sharing And Service Providers
We do not sell your personal information. We may use infrastructure, analytics, payment, email, and data-provider services to run the application. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the service, secure the platform, process subscriptions, or send transactional messages.
Property And Analysis Data
Property listings, market data, estimates, and comparable information may come from third-party or public data sources. Saved analyses and shared links may contain assumptions, estimated returns, and property details that you choose to create or share.
Security And Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account and application data. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, support audit and troubleshooting needs, comply with legal obligations, and improve PropertyIQ during beta.
Measurement And Advertising Choices
With your permission, PropertyIQ uses first-party identifiers to measure visits, signups, product activation, and approved advertising campaigns. We do not include property searches, addresses, underwriting assumptions, passwords, or authentication tokens in campaign attribution data. Raw visitor, session, and campaign-touch records are retained for up to 13 months.
Your Choices
You can update account profile details inside the application. Review the account deletion instructions to delete your account in the mobile app or request deletion by email. For other privacy questions, contact us at info@property-iq.ai.
