Delete your account

You can permanently delete your PropertyIQ account in the mobile app or ask us to process the deletion for you. Account deletion cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to the PropertyIQ Android or iOS app.
  2. Open Account, then Privacy and legal.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Review the subscription notice and confirm the permanent deletion.

The account and associated PropertyIQ data described below are deleted when the in-app request completes. If the request cannot be completed, your account remains in place and the app displays an error so you can try again or contact us.

Request deletion by email

Email info@property-iq.ai from the address associated with your PropertyIQ account. Use the subject PropertyIQ account deletion request. We will verify that you own the account before processing the request. Do not send your password, purchase token, or payment-card details.

What is deleted

When deletion completes, PropertyIQ deletes or de-identifies data tied to your account, including:

  • Your sign-in identity, name, email address, profile details, and mobile sign-in sessions.
  • Saved properties, investment profiles, saved analyses, and sharing or collaboration records.
  • Product-usage and campaign-attribution records that are linked to your account.
  • PropertyIQ billing-customer, subscription, provider-account, purchase, and linked event records.

What may be retained

PropertyIQ retains only limited records that are no longer linked to your account when they are needed for security, transaction integrity, legal, tax, or accounting obligations:

  • De-identified campaign and general product-measurement records may be retained for up to 13 months under our retention policy.
  • De-identified sign-in security events and billing-processing events may be retained for up to 90 days under our retention policy.
  • De-identified checkout records and one-way purchase-ownership safety records may be retained for fraud prevention, transaction integrity, and legal or accounting obligations. PropertyIQ does not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period to these records. They do not retain your PropertyIQ user ID after account deletion.

Payment processors and app stores may retain transaction records under their own legal obligations and privacy policies. Their records are not deleted by removing your PropertyIQ account.

Subscriptions

PropertyIQ attempts to cancel an active or trialing Stripe subscription before deleting the account. If Stripe cancellation fails, account deletion stops and your account remains in place. Deleting your PropertyIQ account does not guarantee cancellation of a Google Play or App Store subscription. Manage those subscriptions separately in Google Play or your Apple account settings.
